    Part of the esteemed Advanced Coaching Academy, Andy is a CrossFit L1 Coach and also has a wide variety of qualifications in Low Back Pain Mgt, Obesity and Diabetes Mgt, Running Technique Coaching, Olympic Weightlifting.

    He loves to work with people who are new to training, nailing down the basics fast to build a foundation to train hard.

    A Bodytype Nutrition Certified Coach, also gaining certification from the Institute for the Psychology of Eating - studying Nutrition was his original route into health & fitness and it remains a deep passion of his

    Sheida specialises in strength and functional training for females, concentrating on core and pelvic floor strength and stability, postural alignment and building a strong base to ensure you stay mobile and injury free.

    She has extensive experience coaching all ages and abilities.

    Sheida designs programs incorporating all of the knowledge she has built up over 20 years of working with clients 1 to 1 and studying extensively.

    This along with her qualification in health and nutrition management means she can coach you to improve your diet. Diet doesn’t need to be boring, it should be tasty, and nutritious!

    Sheida designs full body strength and conditioning programs with an element of HIIT training, which torches fat at the same time as building strength and endurance. This is the most effective way to achieve a more athletic physique.

  • Sam has 15 years of experience working as a Personal Trainer, Soft Tissue Therapist and most recently an Oxygen Advantage Instructor.

    After years working as a successful Personal Trainer, Sam’s hunger for knowledge and desire to help people led him into Soft Tissue Therapy, qualifying at the prestigious London School of Sports Massage (LSSM).

    He has worked a range of clients from elite athletes, training for personal bests, to elderly osteoarthritis sufferers looking to be pain free and improve their mobility.

    During lockdown Sam discovered Oxygen Advantage. OA is all about teaching your body to breath and use oxygen more efficiently and after only a few weeks, he saw huge improvements in his fitness levels, physical and mental health. Including an almost complete eradication of asthma related wheezing and coughing.
